Whilst this year’s London Stationery Show was cancelled earlier this year, organisers of the event have been given approval to announce new dates for London Stationery Show 2021.
As we’ve previously discussed here on Office Supplies Blog, some of the most well known and popular public events across the office and facilities supplies industries have had to be postponed or cancelled this year due to the current COVID 19 pandemic.
Whilst it was expected that conferences and exhibition shows would be able to resume in October, this has unfortunately not been the case, with many companies and organizations choosing to create Virtual Events instead.
London Stationery Show, regarded as one of the UK’s most popular events within the industry, has now been given the go-ahead to resume next year, with the running date of the event currently set for 18th- 19th May 2021.
London Stationery Show 2021 and Other Events to Resume Next Spring
Commenting on the approval from the UK government’s Department for Culture, Media, and Sport for events to take place next Spring due to successful pilot events held this September, London Stationery Show’s Event Director, Alex Butler said:
“We are confident that exhibitions will resume in the spring and to ensure we’re in the best position possible to host a second-to-none event, we have secured a slightly later date than usual for next year’s show.
From speaking with exhibitors and visitors over the course of this year we know that everyone is craving the opportunity to meet face-to-face.
The industry is in agreement that nothing can replace the organic business which comes from an exhibition.”
“The health and safety of everyone involved will continue to be at the core of our planning, and we will be working hard to communicate our plans to ensure everyone feels confident attending the show.
“We are ready to safely open London Stationery Show’s doors and cannot wait to see everyone there.”
London Stationery Show 2021 takes place on Tuesday 18th of May and Wednesday 19th May 2021 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.
